Terms of Service

Welcome to Chatti — AI Translator ("App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App provided by Sizze.io Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chatti, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Chatti is an AI-powered translation app centered on chat-style conversations. It automatically detects the languages you're typing in, translates text, photos, and documents, can read translations aloud in a natural or custom-cloned voice, and offers a system-wide keyboard extension for translating inside other apps.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you sign in with Apple or a one-time code sent to your email — Chatti has no passwords. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and notify us of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. AI Translation Processing

Translation, photo-translation, document-translation, and voice features are powered by third-party AI providers (Anthropic and ElevenLabs). Content you submit for translation is sent to these providers solely to produce your result. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Translation Accuracy

Chatti's translations are generated by AI and, like any translation — human or machine — may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or fail to capture nuance, tone, or context. Chatti is not a substitute for a certified human translator or interpreter. Do not rely on Chatti as the sole basis for medical, legal, immigration, financial, or safety-critical decisions, or in any situation where a mistranslation could cause harm. You are responsible for verifying important translations independently before relying on them.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Chatti offers a free tier with a limited number of translations and an optional Chatti Pro subscription (billed monthly or yearly, with a free trial on the yearly plan). By subscribing:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period;
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings;
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their own refund policies.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

Violate any applicable law;
Submit content for translation that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to harm others;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or other users' accounts;
Interfere with or disrupt the App's integrity or performance;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Sizze.io Inc., protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.

9. Your Content

You retain ownership of the text, photos, and documents you submit for translation ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the translation service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sizze.io Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including mistranslation, loss of data, or lost profits — arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing us. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our servers.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
